Northam Campus
Muresk's Northam campus is situated 90 kilometres east of Perth in the heart of the Avon Valley and includes a 1,738 hectares research and teaching farm and residential accommodation for 150 students and 20 staff.

If you are driving from Perth, take the Great Eastern Highway to Clackline. Turn right just after the Clackline bridge on to Spencers Brook Road. Continue on this road, past the Spencers Brook tavern, railway crossing and the Avon river bridge, turn right [look for the Curtin University signpost] into Muresk Drive. Muresk is approximately 19 km from Clackline.

From the North eg. Geraldton: The best way is to take Gt Northern hwy to Moora and then take the turn off to Piawaning (clearly signposted when travelling south-along Gt Northern Hwy, 18km south of Walebing). This road is called the Waddington-Wongin Hills Rd. Once at Piawaning, turn right at the T junction and then take another right (ie. you will then be heading south) once over the railway line. From there you will pass through the towns; Yerecoin, Calingiri, Bolgart, Toodyay and Clackline. Then it is 19 km (after turning left at the Clackline T junction), passing through Spencers Brook, going over a railway line and bridge, before taking a sharp turn right into Muresk.
From the South eg. Albany or Esperance: Go to York, making sure you turn left over the river and into the town centre. Keep going north up the main street. This becomes the Spencers Brook - York Rd. At Spencers Brook there is a T junction, turn right, over the bridge and then turn right into Muresk.
From the East eg. Merredin: Along Gt Eastern hwy into Northam (where Gt Eastern Hwy becomes Peel Terrace), the street to look out for (on your left) is Wellington St. (It is opposite the entrance to the main railway station). Wellington St (Parallel and just south of Fitzgerald St, the main street, becomes the Spencers Brook Rd, which goes to Muresk. If you get to the bridge over the Avon river, you have gone too far!
From the West eg. Perth: Great Eastern Hwy, to Clackline, take the turn off just over the bridge to the right. This is Spencers Brook Rd and it is 19 km to Muresk, via Spencers Brook, crossing over a train track and a bridge (over the Avon river) followed by a sharp turn right approx 100m past the bridge.
- Public transport
There is a daily Transwa Prospector (Perth-Kalgoorlie) and twice daily Transwa AvonLink (Northam-Midland/Perth) train service. Transwa also operates coach services from Perth and throughout regional Western Australia.
